TERRA + CORI

We followed the Scirocco which took us to the north. Then we returned to our land, to the south, where today we produce, sell and drink supernatural wine.

RACINA was born in 2020 in Villa San Giovanni (RC) to recover and enhance the wine heritage (in danger of extinction) of Costa Viola through the production/selling of handmade wines from grapes alone, free of added substances, extremely territorial.

We explore and interpret the ancient native varieties of Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria), Alicante, Inzolia and Greco Bianco in always new, different, alive expressions.

The approach we use is based on the lowest possible impact and aimed at continuously seeking the balance present in nature.

Terra + cori

The production process, dictated by the connection with the earth and (extra)sensory sensations, is entirely manual.

In the vineyard we practice natural agriculture, no tillage and use natural macerates (instead of sulfur and copper).

In the cellar we vinify the grapes instinctively and therefore experimentally, as well as according to the traditional technique, also through other types of maceration (carbonic, long macerations, etc.). All the wines are the result of only indigenous yeasts and natural temperatures, they are not filtered and do not contain added sulphites.
